• Test for water leaks in faucet
• Test for water leaks in the under sink piping
• Ensure that the garbage disposer in working
• Ensure the drain system for the dishwasher
• Test the drain for maximum drainage
• Give written recommendations

Bathroom Sink (every one of them)

• Test for water leaks in faucet
• Test for water leaks in the under sink piping
• Test and adjust the pop up assembly
• Test the drain for maximum drainage
• Give written recommendations

Bathtub

• Test for water leaks in tub valve
• Test for water leaks in the tub waste overflow
• Test for water heater efficiency (4” deep full temperature)
• Test the drain for normal drainage
• Verify no mold and mildew growth

Shower
